Duran petroleum is one of the leading enterprises for the production of fuels and lubricants in Uzbekistan The company was founded in 2022. The first stage of the Raw Hydrocarbon Processing Complex opened the following year, with a refining capacity of 50,000 tons per year. The second stage of hydrocarbon processing began operations in the fourth quarter of 2023, with a design capacity of 200 thousand tons per year. The third stage of hydrocarbon raw material processing commissioning is scheduled for 2024, with a design capacity of 830 thousand tons per year.

Implementation of the investment project Modernization
The project is being implemented on the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 7, 2023 No. 67 and the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 28, 2022 No. PP-4937. The project’s feasibility study (TEO) was developed in collaboration with FE LLC “UzLiTi Engineering,” and the feasibility study passed the examination at the Center for Comprehensive Expertise of Projects and Import Contracts under the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The feasibility study is currently being coordinated with the relevant ministries and departments before being submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for approval.
